All telehealth sessions are eligible for the Medicare rebate, so you can access quality care from the comfort of your home. You can organise this through your GP by arranging a Mental Health Care Plan.

Payment options:

• Credit card over the phone

• Direct deposit to our bank account

For telehealth sessions, payment must be made prior to the appointment.

Setting Up Your Online Session

Our admin team can assist you in setting up a secure video connection via HealthDirect or a platform of your choice such as Zoom or Skype.

Do I Need a Mental Health Care Plan?

No referral? No problem. You can still access a psychologist without a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. However, please note that prepayment is required for all telehealth appointments when a referral is not in place.
