Sarah is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who works with adults, adolescents and children. She provides a warm and empathetic environment for her clients, fostering positive therapy experiences.

*Sarah provides a dedicated Telehealth service on Mondays, helping those in regional and remote areas to access sessions. As well as for those who simply prefer Telehealth for its convenience. (Telehealth is available to older adolescents and adults only).*

Sarah offers support for a range of psychological concerns and experiences including anxiety, low mood, panic, OCD, stress, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, body image concerns, grief and loss, school and workplace bullying, navigating life changes/adjustment, decision-making and more. Sarah often provides support to neurodiverse clients, including autistic people and individuals living with ADHD, as well as people with diverse backgrounds and identities.

Sarah has trained in clinical psychology; she completed a Master’s degree in the field. Sarah’s training influences a semi-structured approach to sessions. She focuses on providing treatment interventions that are informed by clinical guides and research, whilst balancing this with a warm therapy space that is personalised to each individual and their environment.

Sarah primarily works within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework; an approach focusing on the way in which our lives and emotional experiences are influenced by our thinking styles. CBT is a collaborative process, meaning Sarah shares her expertise whilst working alongside clients towards the therapy goals that are important to them. Sarah draws on many other therapeutic modes and tools, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.

Sarah is a strong advocate for self-compassion. She enjoys helping clients to recognise their own strengths and build compassion towards themselves, especially when a harsh ‘inner critic’ is getting in the way of living a valued life.

We understand that journeys are travelled better together. No issue is too big or too small. Whether it’s a series of sessions to deal with a complex problem or a single session to address a specific concern, we’re here to listen and help.
