Dr Yuvi Lutchman is a warm, insightful, and empowering clinical psychology registrar, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology and brings over four years of experience in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation with adolescents and adults.

Yuvi creates a therapeutic space that is safe, compassionate, and client-centred. She works collaboratively with clients to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful and values-aligned goals.

Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, sleep difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, confidence-building, and self-esteem. She also works with individuals experiencing the psychological impacts of online bullying, excessive social media use, and gaming addiction—challenges often accompanied by social withdrawal, low motivation, and interpersonal difficulties.

Yuvi draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions. She carefully tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and aspirations, ensuring therapy is both effective and empowering.

Central to Yuvi’s practice is her commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships. She values creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and genuinely understood. Passionate about fostering growth and self-compassion, she is honoured to walk alongside her clients as they take meaningful steps toward becoming the best version of themselves.

We understand that journeys are travelled better together. No issue is too big or too small. Whether it’s a series of sessions to deal with a complex problem or a single session to address a specific concern, we’re here to listen and help.
